These balloons have a self sealing valve and require a foil nozzle to inflate. Foil balloons need to be inflated with helium. To have this item inflated call us here at the Party People (for Sydney metro orders). Otherwise you can take your foil balloon to any local business that inflates helium balloons such as a florist or party shop.
