These balloons have a self sealing valve and require a foil nozzle to inflate. Foil balloons need to be inflated with helium. To collect this item inflated call us here at the Party People (for Sydney metro orders) to make your booking. Otherwise take your uninflated foil balloon to a local business that inflates helium balloons such (e.g. florist or party shop).
